How do I know which climbing shoe size is right for me?
Sizing varies by model and your intended use. For performance, we recommend a snug fit where your toes are slightly curled. For beginners or multi-pitch climbing, a flatter, more comfortable fit is ideal. Please refer to our detailed Size Guide on each product page for specific model conversions.
What is your return policy for climbing gear?
We offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that for safety reasons, life-critical hardware like carabiners, harnesses, and quickdraws cannot be returned if the original seal is broken.
How long does shipping take and do you ship internationally?
Standard domestic orders typically process within 1-2 business days and arrive within 3-7 days. We do offer international shipping to most countries; however, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.
Can I resole my Mad Rock climbing shoes?
Yes! We design our shoes with high-quality Science Friction rubber that is compatible with most professional resoling services. Resoling is a great way to extend the life of your favorite pair and reduce environmental waste.
How should I clean and maintain my climbing shoes?
Never machine wash or dry your shoes. Instead, wipe the rubber clean with a damp cloth after each session and let them air dry in a cool, shaded place. Using a charcoal deodorizer can help manage moisture and scent without damaging the materials.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Mad Rock stands behind its craftsmanship. We offer a one-year warranty against manufacturer defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, such as rubber depletion from climbing or damage caused by improper care.
